Elkhart Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Program
HCV Lottery is closed for this Month
On the first business day between 8:00 am and 9:00 am Eastern standard time the Lottery will be accessible at www.ehai.org.
To participate in the upcoming lottery interested applicants will complete their Name, address, and phone number on the form at the website. E-mail is optional but if you provide it we will notify you by e-mail if your ticket/name is drawn.
When the random drawing occurs if your name/ticket is drawn you will be sent an application by mail. If you do not receive an application then your ticket/name was not drawn.
The application is only for the person whose name is submitted on the ticket. Please do not submit multiples as they will be discarded. This provides equal opportunity for all interested applicants.
If you do not have contact to the internet to submit your name for a ticket please contact us at least two business days prior to the 1st of the month. We will discuss how you can get your name into the lottery. 574-295-8392 Extension 222 or 225.
