Pest Control Technician:
Provide direct pest control to all family units, high-rises, offices, and facilities owned by the Elkhart Housing Authority. Assist the maintenance department with development, planning, and application of overall pest control measures in these areas. Assure pest control measures conform to EHA standards and are compliant with state laws. Must have pest control license or ability to obtain one within first six months of employment. A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and a high-school diploma or equivalent are required. Starting pay is $14.24 per hour with excellent benefits. General Maintenance Technician:
Responsible for the general maintenance, repairs, and rehabilitation of units, equipment, and property. This position has rotating on-call responsibilities and must complete all assigned work orders in accordance with PHAS standards. Home repair experience, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and a high-school diploma or equivalent are required. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with excellent benefits.
