General Maintenance Technician

POSITION PURPOSE

​

Under the direction of the Department Director, this position is responsible for the general maintenance, repairs, and rehabilitation of units, equipment, and property. This position must complete all assigned work orders in accordance with PHAS standards. This position has rotating on-call responsibilities.

AR Specialist

POSITION PURPOSE

Under the direction of the Finance Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring that Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH) accounts are processed accurately and in compliance with HUD regulations and standard accounting principles. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate tenant records, processing payments, and supporting efficient collections operations.

HVAC Specialist 


POSITION PURPOSE

To ensure proper repair and/or preventive maintenance of all heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and related maintenance equipment owned and operated by the Housing Authority. The overriding consideration in this position is to be sure that all systems are secured and are performing at optimum levels whether the maintenance is contracted or serviced by the HVAC Specialist. Will carry a cell phone and be called upon to act on emergencies associated with the stated position purpose during non-scheduled work hours.
