December 11th, 2025 (3:30 PM) - PUBLIC NOTICE – ANNUAL AGENCY PLAN HEARING
Elkhart Housing Authority has developed a draft version of its Annual Agency Plan for Fiscal Year beginning April 1, 2026 and 5 year Capital Fund Program budgets in compliance with current HUD regulations. The Plan will be available for public review at the Housing Authority’s office located at 1396 Benham Ave., Elkhart beginning October 28, 2025. The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. In addition, a public hearing on the Agency Plan will be held on December 11, 2025, at 3:30PM in the Housing Authority’s office.
