New Website Launched 2Q 2026 for Elkhart Housing Authority

The Elkhart Housing Authority (EHA) launched their new responsive website 2Q 2026 (www.EHAI.org). The website was created by Brooks Jeffrey Marketing, Inc. (www.BrooksJeffrey.com).

The new "responsive" website allows users to easily navigate the website no matter what device is used to view the website (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone).

To help make this new website more accessible for all users (including those using adaptive technology), it has been built using Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 to address Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility guidelines.

Some of the features/functions on the new website include:

Easy access to Apply Online, Rent Café, Residents pages, Housing Programs, HCV/Section 8, Public Housing
pages, and more.
Procurement Module with Vendor Registration/Login.
Calendar feeds four events to the home page with quick links that allow site visitor's to add a calendar event to their own personal calendar.
News feeds from the home page for quick review of the five latest news articles posted on the website.
Our Communities - Find housing properties in your area by type of property in map or list views.
Language Translate Feature - allows the website to be translated into any Google available language.

The new website will be updated continually with new information that will benefit all residents, landlords
and the public at large.
