Maintenance

The Maintenance division is responsible for completing routine and emergency work orders called in by residents, as well as vacancy preparation, grounds maintenance and systems work at our family and elderly developments. This department annually completes over 4,000 work orders and maintains all 672 units of housing owned by the Housing Authority. Our maintenance work force comprises up to 13 employees.
Once per year, the Maintenance department's staff carefully inspects each housing unit and each unit's heating system, makes preventive maintenance checks, services equipment, and makes repairs.
