Notice of Executive Session - April

Time: Immediately following the Public Board Meeting (Estimated Start Time - 5:30 p.m. EST)
Place: EHA Boardroom

The Board of Commissioners of the Elkhart Housing Authority will conduct an Executive Session on Thursday, April 30, 2026, immediately following its scheduled public board meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m. EST.

The estimated start time for the Executive Session is 5:30 p.m. EST. This Executive Session will be conducted in person.

This Executive Session will be held for the purpose of conducting discussions subject to Ind. Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6) and (9). Pursuant to the foregoing sections of the Indiana Code, this Executive Session will be closed to the public.
